I’m European and I've got the pre-settlement. Can I bring my parents to live in the UK?

You can apply as a EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein family member for your parents if all of the following are true:

-you started living in the UK by 31 December 2020

-you have settled or pre-settled status, have applied and are waiting for a decision or are eligible for settled or pre-settled status

-They are joining you in the UK on or after 1 April 2021

If they started living in the UK by 31 December 2020, or joined you before 1 April 2021, you can still apply if you have ‘reasonable grounds’ for applying now the deadline has passed.
